Mardi Gras was a great success

We made $900 at our gumbo dinner and selling t-shirts at the parade.
Thanks to everyone who made our Mardi Gras float and gumbo/chili dinner a great success!! Thanks especially to Donna Hardcastle and her great group of Girl Scouts who transformed a 12 foot trailer into a lovely float in 2 hours! A miracle! And to Dale Ethridge who manned our booth in the WAC parking lot all that cold afternoon.
And special thanks also to Amy Wilson for opening her home to the chili party and providing live music and great party ambiance. That Amy is very special!! A good time was had by all.
Many thanks to the chair massage people, Don Austin and Ceta, and to all the fabulous food - there was some GREAT gumbo and chili-and drink providers and other float helpers (Joe Terminella for one).
Here are some pictures!
